Sharing

You can access the execution environment sharing settings from [Side Menu] - [Configuration & Monitoring] - [Sharing].

The owner of an execution environment can share the environment with multiple users.
Additionally, you can finely control user permissions for each module (User Manager, File Manager, Monitoring, Database, Batch Service, etc.).
This allows only the necessary users to access specific features, improving both security and operational efficiency.

User Roles and Available Operations

Users of the execution environment are assigned one of the following roles.
The available operations differ depending on the role.

Access Permissions for Each User

You can check the access permissions of each user with whom the environment is shared in the shared users table on the sharing screen.
The table displays all access permissions for owners, Delegate users, and shared users.

Adding Users

You can share the execution environment with multiple users by adding them as Delegate Users or Shared Users.

Delegate Users

Delegate users can be added by following these steps:

  1. Click the ADD button at the bottom of the sharing screen
  2. Select the Delegate User menu
  3. Enter the information of the user to be added in the Delegate user request dialog
  4. Optionally enter a Remarks
  5. Click the SEND button

Shared Users

Shared users can be added by following these steps:

  1. Click the ADD button at the bottom of the sharing screen
  2. Select the Shared User menu
  3. Enter the information of the user to be added in the shared user dialog
  4. Select the modules to grant access
  5. Click the ADD button

Editing Users

You can edit the nickname or access rights of a shared user as follows:

  1. Click the menu icon in the row of the shared user you want to edit
  2. Select Edit from the menu
  3. Edit the nickname or access rights in the user edit dialog
  4. Click the UPDATE button

Deleting Users

You can delete added shared users.

Delegate Users

Delegate users can be deleted by following these steps:

  1. Click the menu icon in the row of the Delegate user you want to delete
  2. Select Delete from the menu
  3. Click the SEND button in the Delegate user deletion confirmation dialog

Shared Users

Shared users can be deleted by following these steps:

  1. Click the menu icon in the row of the shared user you want to delete
  2. Select Delete from the menu
  3. Click the DELETE button in the shared user deletion confirmation dialog
