Resource Info

Clicking on the "Config and Monitoring" icon in the side menu will take you to the Resource Info view of the execution environment. Resource Info allows you to do the following.

• Checking resource usage of the execution environment

Resources

You can check the resource usage status of the execution environment.

Database Storage	Used size / Contracted size
Email	Number of sent emails / Number of emails available under the contract

AI Credits	Number of AI credits used / Number of contracted AI credits
Database ACU Baseline	Database ACU baseline / Contracted ACU baseline

The display color changes according to usage.

For free execution environment

0%-79.99%	Green
80%-100%	Red

For Premium Execution Environment

Usage	Display color
0%-49.99%	Green
50%-89.99%	Orange
90%-100%	Red

Note

• The amount of available resources depends on the contract.
• The information displayed is not necessarily the latest information.

Resources	Information
Users	Number of registered users at the time of resource display
Requests	Number of requests being executed at the time the resource is displayed
File Storage	Total usage up to the previous day
Database Storage	Total usage up to the previous day
Email	Number of emails being sent at the time the resource information is displayed
Batch Execution Time	Total execution time accumulated at the time the resource information is displayed
AI Credits	Number of credits in use at the time the resource information is displayed
Database ACU Baseline	Database ACU in use at the time the resource information is displayed

• In premium environments with unlimited users, only the number of registered users is displayed.

Alert Notification

When using the Premium Execution Environment, alert notifications are sent according to usage status. Notification alerts will be sent to the owner of the Premium Execution Environment via e-mail and notification alerts at the following timing.

You can check in-app notifications by signing in to the development editor and clicking the notification bell in the toolbar.

Request Details

A breakdown of used requests is available.

Item	Description
No	Displayed in descending order of request share.
Legend Color	Identifies the color in the displayed pie chart.
App Type	Shows the application type.
Application	Shows the application ID.
Requests	Shows the number of requests.
Percentage (%)	Shows the ratio of requests for one application to total requests.

AI Credit Details

You can see a breakdown of used AI credits.

Type

Item	Description
No	Displayed in descending order of AI credit usage share.
Legend Color	Identifies the color in the displayed pie chart.
Type	Shows the AI type.
Credits	Shows AI credit usage by type.
Percentage (%)	Shows the ratio of AI credits used by each AI type to total AI credits used.

Account

Item	Description
No	Displayed in descending order of AI credit usage share.
Legend Color	Identifies the color in the displayed pie chart.
User	Shows the email address of the user who used AI credits.
Credits	Shows AI credit usage for each user.
Percentage (%)	Shows the ratio of AI credits used by each user to total AI credits used.

Resource Usage History

You can check past resource usage by selecting a month from the upper-right corner of [Resource Usage History].

Usage Month	Select the month you want to check. By default, the previous month is selected. You can select up to the past 12 months.
Resource Usage	Displays the following monthly usage. * Users * Requests * File Storage * Database Storage * Email * Batch Execution Time * AI Credits Used
